By using Bindery, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Bindery provides browser-based tools for working with PDF and related files. You are responsible for having the rights to process your files and for checking generated results before relying on them.

Pro subscriptions

Bindery Pro is an optional recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe. The price and billing interval are shown before checkout. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe states otherwise. Except where required by law, completed billing periods are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bindery to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that every output will be error-free or suitable for a particular legal, financial, medical, or professional purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
